Clarkson Intramural Champions Honored

With the fall semester winding down and exams on the agenda soon, Clarkson's Department of Recreation finished up the fall leagues and tournaments. Director of Rec, Erik Whitcombe, put on some great COVID friendly leagues and tournaments to help keep our Golden Knights active this semester. The NBA 2K20 tournament was won by Andrew Mautone, a Freshman majoring in Computer Engineering. Rocket League victory was claimed by Team Ross 3 (pictured below), Ian Donahue a freshman from New Milford CT majoring in Bimolecular Science and Lee Conlu also a freshman from New Milford CT majoring in Civil Engineering. Call of Duty Champions was the "Pushers", lead by Kyler Fisher, a Senior MechE out of Ballston Lake NY, Evan Graney, a Sr. E & M major out of Ticonderoga NY, Kyle Side, a Jr. E & M major from Plattsburgh NY, and Colin Wells, also a Jr. E & M major from the port city of Plattsburgh NY. The Cornhole Champions were "Team TBH". Chucking the bags to victory was Walter Novak, a Jr. E & M major from Pulaski, NY and his partner in tossing, Branson Bondy, a Jr. Civil Engineering major from Queensbury, NY. Tennis fans did without Wimbledon this year, but Clarkson Hard Court fans got to witness Codie Comeau, a hard serving Jr. Communications Major from Ashburnham, MA. Spike Ball Champs was Team Handsome Plays. The New England Duo of Avery Paradis, a Sr. Environmental Engineer from Hamden, MA and Michael Schick, a Jr. from Colchester, VT. majoring in Business Intel & Data Analytics
