I checked all the boxes and ran a full minute faster than 32 year old Amy ", said Farrell in a Facebook posting.

This racecation has been the most amazing experience and I am so grateful for the people and places triathlon has brought into our lives. I am eternally grateful for the people who support me- @coeursports @greyghostbicycles @highperformancetraining @fallenarchlp @hokaoneone @osmonutrition @rokatriathlon @power_surge_nutrition_wellness @reservemd I am only lucky athlete to have you people in my corner!"
