Green Among 16 Roos On Fall All-Academic Team
Waterville, ME – Sixteen student-athletes have been named to the Fall 2019 North Atlantic Conference (NAC) All-Academic Team, as announced by the conference on Wednesday.
The NAC Fall All-Academic Team recognizes student athletes on fall varsity sports teams who have earned a cumulative grade-point average (GPA) of 3.50 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Student-athletes must also have reached sophomore academic standing and competed in a minimum of two years of varsity competition at their institution. Student-athletes who competed in men's and women's cross country, men's and women's soccer, men's golf, women's tennis, and women's volleyball were eligible for the Fall 2019 award. Each institution is responsible for submitting eligible student athletes for the All-Academic Team. Evran Akman and Conner Morse of the men’s soccer team, Julia Anderson, Sarah Atanasio, Morristown's Logan Green, Morgan Rodriguez and Jenny Ward of the women’s soccer team, Kyle Lorey of the men’s cross country team, Melissa McMaster, Peyton Nadeau and Skye Hansen of the women’s volleyball team, and Azzat Almasri, Josh Marshall, Nick Messerschmidt, Nick Owens and Devin Page of the men’s golf team were all recognized with the honor.
