Hammond Boys Basketball Teams Honored

Hammond Central School Boys Varsity Basketball Coach Kevin Toland recently presented his team awards for the season at a basketball-swimming gathering for the Varsity and Modified teams. Hammond did not field a Junior Varsity team this season.

Nate Jewett was honored as the Most Valuable Player of the Boys Varsity Basketball team and Lukas McQueer was recognized as the Most Improved Player. Jewett was also recognized as a First Team All-NAC West Division selection and McQueer received the team's NAC Outstanding Sportsmanship Award.

Luke Lundy was honored with an NAC Senior Athlete of Distinction Award for achieving a 90 or above average throughout his high school basketball career.

Terin Rosenbarker received the Modified Boys Basketball Sportsmanship Award.
