Kellys Place 1-2 at Lyme Paddle-Bike-Run Triathlon

Local St. Lawrence Valley Paddlers members, Allen and Mary Kelly of Rensselaer Falls, enjoyed sucess at the recent 36th Annual Lyme Triathlon in Chamount, NY. 

Allen placed first overall in the paddle-bike-run event in 2:03:53, with Mary following 4 seconds later for a second place finish.  Both paddled locally made GRB K1Force kayaks, made in Canton, NY by Gene and John Newman.

    The Lyme Triathlon swim-bike-run portion saw Douglas Rusho of Fairport, NY take first overall in a time of 1:25:18 and Annie Porter of Syracuse for the womens field at 1:30:09
