Morristown Firecracker 5K Set Saturday

The annual Firecracker 5K Road Race held in conjunction with Morristown Fourth of July Weekend will be held at 9 a.m. July 6 in the village at Northumberland Street and Water Street, where it has been the last few years.

Registration forms are available at the Morristown Town Hall and on the Morristown Recreational Facebook page.

Race day registration will be held from 7-9 a.m.

The entry fee is $20 for adults and $10 for children, with youngsters under 12 admitted free. The first 100 entries receive T-shirts. The event raises funds for the youth activities of the Morristown Recreation Committee.
