Morrow Offers Training Tips On OBGC Facebook

Ogdensburg Boys and Girls Club Alumnus and former OFA and Hartwick Football standout is the late club alumnus to offer a training tip on the club's facebook page.

Morrow was three-year starter and team captain at Hartwick and offers some tips on how to get stronger to help in all sports especially football. He is now serving the citizens of the state as member of the New York State Police.
