Rish Leads Ogdensburg Lady Golfers With 45

Bobbi Rish posted a low of 45 and captured the 6-Inch String Tiara in another good turnout of Ogdensburg Lady Golfers Tuesday at the State Park.

Monthly Chair Jean Bracy knows no bounds in game innovation and July 21 was no exception. Her 6-inch string handouts enabled good ball placement for ball strikers.  Rish’s 45 was closely followed by Mary Allan, Diane Perry, Peg Langley, Toleda Matthews, and Jan Jones. Perry posted a lone Birdie on Hole 7.

Team Rish members  Aileen Guimond. Mary Allan, and Bobbi Rish all carded pars on the ninth hole.  Jean Bracy, Gail Bouchard, and Cherie Shatraw registered low net scores. Guimond playing for the first time in four weeks without the tutelage of Peg Langley turned in a stellar 55.

The OLGA is open to women of all skills.  Meet at the State Park Tuesdays at 8:30 with tee-off at 9 a.m.
