Siddon Joins SLU Golf Coaching Staff

CANTON - Craig Siddon has joined the St. Lawrence University golf staff for the 2019-20 season.

Siddon was also hired in February as the new Golf Course Manager for the Oliver D. Appleton Golf Course and St. Lawrence Golf & Country Club, where he manages all aspects of golf course operations.

Siddon carries experience with the Saints as he was the assistant coach and the Assistant Golf Professional for the 2012-13 season and has also been the PGA Assistant Pro at Massena Country Club and Head Golf Professional at Potsdam Town & Country Club during his extensive golfing career.

As a prior assistant for the Saints, Siddon assisted with all aspects of teaching, training and organizing men's and women's teams as well as assisting with the design of training center and implementation of Flight Scope Launch Monitor, hitting mats and other training devices.

Siddon's love for the game started at an early age in grade school and continued into college where he was a four-year letterman, three time medalist, participated in four ECAC tournament finals, and played in two Division II National Championships while attending Gannon University. He is an 11 time club champion at the Massena Country Club.

The Massena, New York native enjoys spending time with his wife Toni and his two daughters Rori and Morgan, and grandson Charlie.
