Watertown Outscores Canton For Class A Title

WATERTOWN — Deante Hall continued a spectacular sophomore season leading Watertown High to a Class A championship in the Cyclones (5-3) first season of their second tenure in Section 10 football

Hall (16-195) ran for five touchdowns and threw a touchdown pass in Watertown's 44-28 win over Canton and Jaiden Ramsey gained 180 yards on 16 carries.

Hall counted an 85-yard scamper among his scoring runs and connected with Donovan Millan for a 54 yard touchdown pass.

Running back Zachary VanBrocklin (18-113) scored on touchdown runs of 17 and six yards Canton (2-6). Quarterback Adam Canton also scored on for Canton which led in the second quarter before Hall triggered a break-away blitz for the Cyclones
